The reporting for Experience Optimization provides an aggregate view of the data for a holistic perspective of your visitors’ experience, while the robustness of the collection provides the flexibility to filter through your data to better understand specific segments.

The reporting for Experience Optimization is divided into the following modules:

  • Scorecard: Provides an aggregate view of your data, including the total number of responses collected, the average referral rating, and the number of respondents who stated they were either Satisfied, Neutral or Unhappy with their visit (Sentiment).
  • Response URLs: The URLs on which the survey was completed, the number of surveys that were completed on these URLs, as well as the average referral rating for respondents who completed the Experience Optimization survey on these URLs.
  • Concepts: The concepts that were semantically derived from the open-ended responses provided by respondents.
  • Responses: The open-ended responses provided by respondents when asked why they were Satisfied, Neutral or Unhappy with their website visit.  The individual respondents’ visit sentiment, intent, referral rating, clickstream and technical information for each are also provided.
