Chrome Browser Occasionally Hangs When Using Platform

It has come to our attention that a Google Chrome update has resulted in this browser occasionally hanging when using the Active Research Platform.  If you experience this, we suggest using an alternate browser, or open Google Chrome in Incognito mode.
