FAQ: Why is my password not being accepted when I am registering?

by Phil A.

UPDATED: September 10 2013

The password that you enter during the registration process must meet each of the following requirements in order to be accepted by our system:

- At least 1 capital letter (A, B, C, etc.)

- At least 1 lower case letter (a, b, c, etc.)

- At least 1 symbol or number (1, 2, 3, !, %, &, etc.)

- Between 8 and 20 characters

Overall, when the password you have entered has met all of these requirements, each of the cases provided on the right will appear in green.  Any item in grey needs to be addressed before your password can be accepted by our system:

Please note that while your password may be qualified as "strong" on the registration form, it would still need to meet the criteria above for it to be accepted by our system.
