Tip: Create a security question for your account

After you have created your iPerceptions account, we strongly recommend creating a security question / answer to further improve the level of security for your account.

This security question comes in handy if ever you forget the password for your account, and you would like to retrieve a new password by completing the "Forgot Your Password" feature.  By default, you can complete this feature even if you have not created a security question for your account (you would simply need to enter your e-mail address), though a security question would add an extra layer of security during this process where a new password will only be sent if the security answer is correctly answered.

Refer to this article to learn how to create or update the security question and answer linked to your account in the iPerceptions Active Research Platform.
