If you have forgotten the password for your iPerceptions account, click the “Forgot Password” button provided in the login menu on the iPerceptions website:
You are taken to a page where you can begin the process to obtain a new password for your account:
1. Enter the e-mail address associated with your iPerceptions account.
2. Click “Submit”, and you will be asked to answer the security question associated with your account. If successful, you will receive an e-mail with the information to reset your password.
Note: After successfully logging on with the new password, make sure to update your password in the My Account section.
3. If you cannot remember the answer to your security question, contact email@example.com for detailed assistance.
