Changing Your Password

You can change your password by going to the "My Account" page within the "Overview" section of the iPerceptions platform: 





Once in this page, stay on the "Account Details" tab, and click the "Edit" icon which appears when hovering over the "Password" field.  Doing so will expand a small window where you will be prompted to confirm your old password, as well as enter a new password:





Please note that your new password needs to meet each the following criteria:

  • At least 1 capital letter (A, B, C, etc.)
  • At least 1 lower case letter (a, b, c, etc.)
  • At least 1 symbol or number (1, 2, 3, !, %, &, etc.)
  • Between 8 and 20 characters


Upon doing so, click the "Save" button, and your new password will immediately take effect!
