Changing Your Security Question and Answer

If you have forgotten your password and are completing the "Forgot Your Password" feature provided on the iPerceptions login page, one of the steps asks you to answer a security question linked to your account before you are able to reset the password for your account.  

In the "My Account" page of the iPerceptions Active Research Platform, you have the ability to create the security question and answer to be linked to your user account: 

 

 

To update the security question, click on the field provided, and select from the pre-populated options provided.  After making your selection, click the checkmark icon to apply this selection:

Next, to enter the security answer associated with the security question you selected, click on the field provided, type your answer, then click the checkmark icon to apply this answer.  Keep in mind any capital letters or symbols that you enter for your security answers, as the Forgot Your Password feature is case-sensitive:
