Cancelling a Free Account

To begin this process, click here to submit a request, or click on the “Submit a Request” link provided in the menu above.  Within this request, please provide us with the following information:

- Your name

- E-mail address and / or phone number at which you can be reached

- Username of the account you would like to cancel 

- Reason for why you would not like to keep your iPerceptions Free account


As well, since you would be choosing to move forward without iPerceptions, we would also advise to remove the iPerceptions javascript from your website.


NOTE: Before confirming that you would like to cancel your account, we instead recommend keeping your account on the iPerceptions Free plan, as this would still allow you to access any data you have already collected.  As well, the iPerceptions Free plan would still allow you to activate 1 iPerceptions Certified Survey at a later time if you wish (at no charge), without having to sign up for a new account.
