Changing a User's Role in the "User Manager" Page

Depending on your iPerceptions plan, you can add and manage user accounts to your subscription on the "User Manager" page, which you can access in the "Overview" section of the iPerceptions Active Research Platform.  On this page, you can provide your colleagues with their own login credentials and permissions to access the research you are conducting.

Note that this page can only be accessed by those with “Administrator” permissions linked to their user account.  

All user accounts associated with your subscription (with the exception of your own) are listed in the table provided on this page: 





For any users that have already activated their account, their roles can be modified by using the "Role" drop-down menu provided for these users.  Simply select from any of the roles provided in the drop-down menu, then click the checkmark icon provided to apply this change.  Any role changes will be applied in real-time:
