Deleting a User on the "User Manager" Page

Depending on your iPerceptions plan, you can add and manage user accounts to your subscription on the "User Manager" page, which you can access in the "Overview" section of the iPerceptions Active Research Platform.  On this page, you can provide your colleagues with their own login credentials and permissions to access the research you are conducting.

Note that this page can only be accessed by those with “Administrator” permissions linked to their user account.    

In the event that you would like to remove a user account from being linked to your subscription, then you can delete their user account using the "Delete" icon provided for this particular account: 

 

 

Completing this process will apply this change in real-time, and your subscription could no longer be accessed using this particular account.  We recommend reviewing the list of user accounts linked to your subscription on a regular basis in the event that one of the users is no longer with your company.
