FAQ: How come a user account that I have added is not appearing in the "Associated Surveys" page?

The user account drop-down menu provided on the "Associated Surveys" page will list all of the user accounts that have been activated by the user.  If one of the user accounts that can be seen on the "User Manager" page cannot be found on the "Associated Surveys" page, it would be because this user account has not yet been activated, and permissions cannot be assigned for it yet.
