Reviewing Your Score Card Data

When first entering the “Score Card” feature, you will be shown the “Score Card” section by default, allowing you to view your data in aggregate:

Based on the date range and filters you have applied:

1) Count: Total of responses collected

2) Referral Rating: Average Referral Rating provided by respondents when asked their likelihood to refer your website

3) NPS: The "Net Promoter Score®" based on your respondents’ Referral Ratings.

4) Dislike:  % of comments provided by your respondents which they said was Negative.

5) Suggestion: % of comments provided by your respondents which they said were Suggestions.

6) Praise: % of comments provided by your respondents which they said was Positive.
