FAQ: What is the difference between the “Trended” and “Score Card” options within the “Summary” tool?

The “Trended” option enables to view and track your number of respondents, “Referral Rating” and “Net Promoter Score®” over time.  This option also enables you to view this trended data segmented by the Type (Positive, Negative, Suggestion) and Focus of the comments. 

Within the time period that you selected, the “Score Card” option provides a quick snapshot of your ratings within an easy-to-read dashboard.
