Editing, Deleting, and Activating an existing Comment Card Scheduled Report

Using the “Schedule Reports” tool for your Comment Card, you can program automated e-mails to be sent to a distribution list on a monthly, weekly, daily, or even real-time basis to help keep an eye on the data you are collecting.  These reports will be based on report filters that you create using the “Text Mining” reporting tool for your comment card.

This tool, along with Comment Cards, is available as of the iPerceptions Premium plan, and can be performed by those with user accounts for which “Administrator” privileges have been assigned.     

The process of editing, deleting and activating / deactivating a Comment Card scheduled report is identical to that of scheduled reports for Certified Surveys and Custom Surveys.  Make sure to check out the link provided above to see how you can perform these tasks for any of your existing Comment Card scheduled reports.  Also, make sure to click “Save” to apply the changes you made! 

One notable difference is that while you are unable to change an existing scheduled report’s “type” for Certified Surveys and Custom Surveys, you are able to change the report filter on which you are basing your Comment Card scheduled report.
