FAQ: Why can’t I see the ‘Publish’ bar when I am in the “Research Design” section of my project?

The ability to program and publish changes to a project is available to those with “Administrator” or “Survey Manager” roles.  If you do not currently have either of these roles assigned to your account for a project, you will not see the ‘Publish’ bar for it when in the “Research Design” section of the Active Research Platform.
