FAQ: Should I create different surveys for my Desktop visitors and for my Tablet / Mobile visitors?

While you could use the same survey for your desktop and mobile / tablet visitors, we often recommend creating separate surveys for these 2 groups of visitors because it would allow you to ask your mobile and tablet visitors different questions than those you would ask desktop visitors, and thus provide you with the flexibility to better target your research.

In fact, due to the difference in experience between these devices (screen sizes, sitting down vs. on the go, etc.), we often recommend that mobile / tablet surveys do not surpass 8 questions to ensure not to fatigue your mobile respondents.
