FAQ: How come I receive an "Alert" message when trying to activate my project?

The number of Certified Surveys, Custom Surveys and Comment Cards which can be activated simultaneously within your account is dependent on the plan to which you are subscribed.  

If you receive the following message whenever trying to activate a project, it is because you have already reached the limit for that type of project that you can activate simultaneously with your current iPerceptions plan:




If possible, we would suggest deactivating any projects on your account for which you have discontinued collecting data. If you would like to increase the limit of projects that you can activate with your account, please feel free to reach out to sales@iperceptions.com.
