FAQ: What is considered a "Custom Question"?

Based on the iPerceptions plan to which you are subscribed, you will have the flexibility to program up to a certain number of custom questions per survey:

iPerceptions Free: 2

iPerceptions PLUS: 5

iPerceptions Premium: 10

iPerceptions Professional: Unlimited

 

But what is considered a "custom question"?  Simply put, this a question that you create from scratch by using the "Add Question" option provided on the "Research Setup" page in the "Research Design" section of your survey:

 

 

As Custom Surveys are only comprised of custom questions, you would be able to create these types of surveys with up to the number of questions provided with your respective plan (see above).

On the other hand, for iPerceptions Certified Surveys, any question that you choose to add through the Survey Creation Wizard is not considered a "custom question".  Thus, technically you can add every question available in the Survey Creation Wizard, and also add up to a certain number of extra custom questions (as per the amount available with your iPerceptions plan).
