Editing Your "Focus of Comment" Question

by Phil A.

While we do offer a default list of answers for the “Focus of Comment” question in the Comment Card, you are able to modify this list (for up to 8 answers) to better reflect your website.

To do so, go to the “Research Design” section of the iPerceptions platform, and go to the "Research Setup" page for your desired Comment Card.  Then, select the “Edit” icon for the Focus of Comment question:

To add a new answer, insert your text in the “Add Answer” box, and then click the “Add” button provided.   Repeat this step as necessary for each answer you would like to add.  If you would need to remove an answer from the list, select it in the “Answer” box, and then click the delete button provided:

When completed, click the “Save” button provided, and your changes will be programmed.  You can confirm your change by using the “Preview” option provided at the top of the Research Setup screen.
