Search Your Open-Ended Feedback Based on Category

Within the “Filter Segment” menu, you have the ability to filter your open-ended feedback based on specific categories that you have assigned to them.  You are able to do so within the “Filter Segment” menu, within the “Categories” field:




Within this field, enter the name of a category that you have already created, and hit “Enter” to confirm.  You can filter by multiple categories by repeating these steps for every category that you would like to use. 

Once you have entered your desired categories, click the “Update” button provided to apply your keywords to the list of open-ended comments listed in the table below.
