Within the “Text Mining” tool, you have the ability to pick and choose any open-ended feedback that you would like to analyze, and export this feedback into a CSV-format file.  This export would take into account any filters that you applied, as well as any Additional Information you have decided to show for each open-ended response.

To export a CSV-format file of your open-ended feedback, select the “Export Report” button provided above the Open Text Questions table:

A new window will appear asking you to specify the Field Delimiter and Text Qualifier than you would like to apply to your CSV file.

Once you have done so, click the “Export” button, and the CSV file will begin downloading to your computer.
