Creating Categories for Your Open-Ended Feedback

You have the ability to create categories which you can then assign to individual responses.  You will then be able to filter your responses based on the categories that you have assigned to them.

To create a new category, go to the “Filter Segment” menu, and click the “+” symbol provided above the “Categories” field:



A new window will appear listing all categories that have already been created.  Within this window, enter the new category you would like to create within the field provided, and then click the “+” symbol: 





Doing so will move this new category within the list of existing categories.  Once you have completed entering your new category(ies), click on the “Update” provided to save your changes.
