Reading the Task Completion and Overall Satisfaction Odometers in the "Dashboard" Tool

by Phil A.

UPDATE: December 3 2015

Please note that the “Dashboard” reporting tool is no longer available in the iPerceptions Active Research platform as of December 4 2015.  Please check out this section of our support forum for information on the reporting tools available in the Active Research Platform.

______________

The “Dashboard” tool enables you to gather a snapshot of your close-ended data based on the metric and dimension / group that you select.  You can view your metrics either as an aggregate, or trended over time (e.g. monthly).

When using an iPerceptions Certified Survey, you are asking your respondents the 4Q Framework of questions, of which two of the questions ask your respondents the following:

Overall Satisfaction: How would you rate your overall experience on the website today? (0 – 10 scale)

Task Completion: Were you able to complete the purpose of your visit today? (Yes vs. No)

If you are using an iPerceptions Certified Survey, you will see 2 odometers provided at the bottom of the “Dashboard” tool which will provide you a quick view of how well your website is performing in terms of both Overall Satisfaction (average rating) and Task Completion (% of those who answered “Yes”):

Something to keep in mind is that these odometers represent the data for your total sample based on the date range that you selected.
