Through its “Trended”, “Ranked” and “Priorities” tabs, the “Data Mining” tool provides multiple ways for you to analyze your close-ended data in both trended and aggregate format.
The “Trended” tab enables you to view the data for the questions you selected in either trended or aggregate format, based on the time range that you have selected. This data will be shown in both chart and table format.
For example, here we are looking at Task Completion rates for the total sample:
When looking at the data table, 2 items will be shown for each time period shown:
1) The metric / rating for this time period (e.g. a 66.1% Task Completion was seen in September 2012)
2) The number of those who answered this question during this time period (e.g. 4,669 answered the Task Completion question in September 2012.
As such, 66.1% of the 4,669 respondents were able to complete their task on this website in September 2012.
