Analyzing your Data within the “Priorities” tab of the “Data Mining” Tool

by Phil A.

Through its “Trended”, “Ranked” and “Priorities” tabs, the “Data Mining” tool provides multiple ways for you to analyze your close-ended data in both trended and aggregate format.

If you are conducting an iPerceptions Certified Survey, 3 of the questions that will be included in your survey (which are part of the iPerceptions 4Q Framework) ask the following:

  • Overall Experience: How would you rate your overall experience on the website today?
  • Purpose of Visit: Which of the following best describes the primary purpose of your visit?
  • Task Completion: Were you able to complete the purpose of your visit today?

The “Priorities” tab enables you to quickly visualize how different Purpose of Visit groups compare to each in terms of their Overall Experience and Task Completion ratings:

Within the chart, all Purpose of Visit groups will be shown in bubble format, with Task Completion being on the Y-Axis of the chart, and Overall Experience being on the X-Axis of the chart.  For reference purposes, the Task Completion and Overall Experience ratings for all respondents combined are provided and represented by the “Task Completion AVG” and “SAT AVG” lines.

A legend is provided at the top of the chart, while you can hover over each bubble to see their precise Task Completion and Overall Experience ratings.
