Through its “Trended”, “Ranked” and “Priorities” tabs, the “Data Mining” tool provides multiple ways for you to analyze your close-ended data in both trended and aggregate format.
By default, the data shown within the Trending tool represents that of all of your respondents within the time range you selected. However, by using the “Manage Filters” option, you can filter your data based on how your respondents answered other close-ended questions in your survey:
Selecting this option will open a menu which will list all close-ended questions by which you can filter your data:
To select a specific group by which you want to filter your data, expand the question by using the arrow provided to the left of the question, select your desired groups using the checkboxes provided, and then click “Submit” to apply your selections:
Your list of active filters will be shown directly under the “Manage Filters” option:
To modify your list of filters, simply follow the same steps. On the other hand, if you would like to remove all of your filters and again look at all respondents, open the “Manage Filters” menu, and select the “Reset All” option provided.
