FAQ: How come I can’t see the “Benchmarks” option in the “Analyze” section of my survey?

Your survey(s) would need to be Certified Surveys (utilizing the iPerceptions 4Q Framework of questions) for the Benchmarks tool to populate.If you are not seeing the “Benchmarks” option in the “Analyze” section of your account, it may be because benchmarking capabilities are not available with your current plan.
