Analyzing the "Average Rate" Chart in the "Response Rates" Tool

The "Response Rates" tool allows you to monitor the number of survey invitations that have been served to your website visitors, as well as the number of those who accepted the invitation ("Yes"), started the survey ("Starts") and completed the survey ("Completes").  In addition, you can also monitor the Mean (average) and Median times it took for respondents to complete the survey.  

In addition to the items mentioned above, you also have the ability to keep track of the following data using the "Response Rates" tool: 

Average Response Rate: (Number of completed surveys / Number of invitations served)

- Average Start Rate: (Number of surveys started / Number of invitations served)

- Average Acceptance Rate: (Number of invitations accepted / Number of invitations served)


By default, "Average Response Rate" is automatically selected, for which you can view this data in the chart provided: 





You can switch between the different Average Rates using the drop-down menu provided, and then selecting the Update button to apply this change:
