Analyzing the Bar Chart in the "Response Rates" Tool

by Phil A.

The "Response Rates" tool allows you to monitor the number of survey invitations that have been served to your website visitors, as well as the number of those who accepted the invitation ("Yes"), started the survey ("Starts") and completed the survey ("Completes").  In addition, you can also monitor the Mean (average) and Median times it took for respondents to complete the survey.

The bar chart provided will reflect the number of Yes, Starts and Completes during the time range that you specified:

The data shown in the bar chart is dependent on your selection in the "Average Rate" menu:

Average Response Rate: Number of completed surveys

- Average Start Rate: Number of surveys started

- Average Acceptance Rate: Number of invitations accepted
