FAQ: Why are there "warning" icons next to my invitation rates on the "Adjust Invitation Rate" page?

You may sometimes notice that a "warning" icon is present for some languages whenever looking at the "Invitation Rate Summary" table provided in the "Adjust Invitation Rate" page: 




There are two reasons for why you may be seeing these icons:  

1) This language has not been activated for your survey

While you may have added this language to your survey, by default it is left deactivated until you choose to activate it yourself.  To activate a language, find your survey within the "My Projects" section of the portal, and click the "Active" checkboxes provided for these languages:  





However, sometimes you will be unsuccessful in activating a language, which leads us to issue 2. 


2) All translations have not yet been entered for these languages

The portal will not allow you to activate a language if all translations have not been entered for it.  To complete entering the translations for your languages, simply click its respective icon under the "Edit Language" column on the "My Projects" page:  




Within the translations page, find any question which shows the icon shown below, and enter your translations accordingly.  This icon means that a translation is missing either for the question, an answer, or both:
