The “Benchmarks” tool enables you to compare how your website is performing compared to other studies in your industry in terms of your respondents’ Overall Experience, Purpose of Visit, and Task Completion.

Using the drop-down menu provided, the “Metrics” tab within the Benchmarks tool lets you specify based on which metric (e.g. Overall Experience, Task Completion) to compare your website to your industry:

When looking at the example data table provided above, 2 items will be shown for each time period:

1) The metric / rating for this time period (e.g. for the week of February 24 2013, a 54.5% Task Completion rate was seen for the Acme Cars website, while a 57.3% Task Completion rate was seen for the Automotive industry).

2) The number of those who answered this question during this time period (e.g. for the week of February 24 2013, 574 answered the Acme Cars survey, while 14,011 responses were collected for the Automotive industry).
