Selecting a Time Range in the “Benchmarks” Tool

The content in this article refers to a previous version of the iPerceptions Benchmarks reporting tool.

The “Benchmarks” tool enables you to compare how your website is performing compared to other studies in your industry in terms of your respondents’ Overall Experience, Purpose of Visit, and Task Completion. 

By default, the Benchmarks tool will show your data for the last month, though you are able to modify the time range that you are analyzing by using the options provided at the top of the tool:

Using this menu, you can change the time range for the data being displayed.  For the "Metrics" tab, selecting any of the following options will show your data in trended format:

Last 1 month (default) --> Trended weekly

Last 3 months

Last 6 months

Last 1 year

 

Other options available within this menu include:

Month To Date: View your data starting from the 1st day of the current month up to today

Year To Date: View your data starting from January 1st of the current year up to today

Max Range: View all of the data collected for this survey since its inception

 

 

To select a specific time range, you can do so using the “Custom Date” option.  To use this feature, select your desired range within the “From” and “To” calendar features provided:

After you have made any of your selections, click the “Update” button provided, and your changes will be applied to the data:
