User Experience for Mobile and Tablet Surveys

The iPerceptions Universal Code provides the flexibility to conduct more targeted research by setting triggers to display survey invitations and comment card feedback buttons only to those who qualify based on conditions that you specify.  

The screenshots below demonstrate the 3 steps of the invitation process when a visitor who is using a Mobile / Tablet device qualifies based on the triggers programmed for this survey: 


Step 1: Invitation

Asks whether the visitor would like to participate in an online survey, and will provide two options: “Yes” or “No”.  The size of the invitation is responsive and will adjust based on the size of the screen of the device:





Step 2: Banner appears when the survey is accepted

When the visitor accepts to participate in the survey, the invitation closes and a banner and an icon appear at the bottom of the visitor’s screen. The banner thanks the visitor for accepting the invitation and asks them to tap the icon at the end of their visit to provide their feedback:




If a visitor declines to participate in the survey, the invitation closes and the visitor does not receive another invitation for this survey during their session.


Step 3: Icon

After 5 seconds, the banner disappears while the icon remains visible. If the icon is not touched during the visit, it will remain present on the website for up to 10 days.




When the icon is selected, it disappears and the visitor is taken to the Welcome Page of the survey.
