Starting with the iPerceptions Enterprise plan, you the ability to export the last 3 years of data that you collected for a project in CSV, XML or SPSS format datafiles via the "Data Export" feature.
This feature provides the ability to pick and choose the questions to include in your datafile export.
By default, each of the questions that are currently programmed in your survey are pre-selected. By clicking the "Select Questions" button, a menu is shown where you can pick-and-choose specific questions from any of the following 3 categories:
- Hidden questions (questions that are auto-populated questions in your survey)
- Current questions (questions that you see when you access the "Question Setup" page in our platform)
- Archived questions (questions that were removed from your survey, and can be found in the "Archived Questions" folder on the "Question Setup" page in our platform)
Use the checkboxes provided to select the questions you would like to include in your export, and click "Save".
